Odin English’s Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy
The fee once paid is not refundable, adjustable or transferable under any circumstances in the future.
We need 72 hours for payment confirmation, classes commencement and Trainer allotment.
Candidates are requested to attend the class immediately after the classes’ commencement and trainer allotment. Late joining may lead to extra payment if there are any changes in the fees structure.
If you take 3 continuous days leave, without prior notice or permission from the management, your classes will be put on hold. Also, when such cases happen, we will not be able to guarantee the same trainer.
Leave taken should be compensated within the scheduled duration of package.
Allowed scheduled duration
10 days crash course package within 15 days
One month package within 40 days
Two months package within 70 days
Extending the course beyond the scheduled duration is not allowed.
Candidates cannot postpone the class.
One -on-one Online Classes per day will be for 30 -60 minutes based on the package that you have selected between Indian standard time 09 am to 09pm (flexible) based on your convenience with prior notification to the trainer.
There will be No classes on Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Indian Public Holidays.
Our trainer will give you a writing task which you have to finish within the stipulated time and send it back through google docs, email, Whatsapp,Telegram or any other mutually agreed medium for evaluation. This will be corrected and returned to you and you can always clarify doubts about the same.
In the case of the speaking module, you can intimate your preferred time and join the trainer online (on voice/video call live) through Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, IMO or Botim.
Live zoom classes along with individual trainer support will help you understand Writing, Speaking,Reading and Listening modules more effectively and strengthen your test preparation.
Daily live zoom classes are group classes which will be conducted by Dr Anupama ma’am and CELTA/TESOL/CBLA/ETS/Paragon/IDP/British Council/Pearson Certified trainers.
Some subjects of different batches may be combined, depending on the necessity and convenience of faculty.
Every student is expected to maintain discipline inside the online/offline classroom. In case of violation of any of the rules & regulations or discipline, the institute reserves the right to cancel the admission without any refund of fee.
The Academy will try its best to do justice to the students. Students have to co-operate with institute, in case of classes rescheduling because of faculty ill health and any other issues.
The institute reserves the right to make any alteration in its programs / mode of teaching medium /Venue/ timing and days of classes / fee structure without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the in charge will be final & binding on the students.
You will have a single individual trainer for one-on-one sessions throughout the course period. However, if the trainer does not take classes due to ill-health, personal reasons or due to termination by academy, in that case academy will appoint an alternate trainer.
All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction at Calicut/Kerala only.

Odin English has all the right to use your data to conduct and develop our standard marketing activities with current and potential customers.
Odin English has all the right to claim student’s result in future.
The materials shared with the student by Odin English (online classroom training, LMS, Facebook, WhatsApp &Telegram) are for the student’s individual use only. The materials, including video lectures and audio files, remain the property of Odin English and are not to be shared (with peers or uploaded to social media) or sold. Violation of this section is a legally punishable offence under the Indian Copyright Act, established by the Government of India.
All offline students are expected to maintain discipline inside and outside the classroom. In case of violation of any of the rules & regulations or discipline, the institute reserves the right to cancel the admission without any refund of fee.
All offline students are required to bring identity card daily to the class & the card shall be presented for verification whenever it is demanded.
If any student misuses the ID card/Fee receipt, the admission will be cancelled and serious action will be taken.
In all matters, the decision of the administrative authority of the Academy shall be final.
The institution has absolute right to expel a student, if he/she is found adopting unfair practices.
In case, if the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, indiscipline, disturbing, irregular in attendance, not responding properly then he/she may be expelled from the Institute. The decision of the in charge in this regard will be final and binding on the student. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
The institute does not guarantee of success in any particular exam. Students would be accountable for their success. Academy will be their guide.
If any type of mishap occurs in the premises of the institute because of situations beyond our control or any other natural calamity of any type such as earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit etc, the institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
